All doors will at some point require some care and you can see and hear some symptoms: leaking oil, grinding or scraping noises, not opening or closing all the way, and delayed opening or closing. Listen and look at the whole door when making a service call. The more information we have, the better we can diagnose those symptoms and get those boo-boos repaired quickly when we arrive.

Well, we don’t want to toot our own horn…but yeah, we think we’re pretty good at what we do. We’ve spent 30 years specializing in the automatic door industry developing robust training programs for new technicians, continuing education for experienced staff, finding vendors with quality products to offer, and even manufacturing some of our own parts to better serve our customers.

We believe that no one else will work as hard to keep your doors safe and in good working order–and stand behind their work! We are all customers first so we try to treat our customers the way we want to be treated.

Yes! That is true! Not sure what we are talking about? This is an inside joke at our company which originates from our owner, Bill Warden. As a young apprentice in the early Eighties, the door closers would blacken technicians’ hands with grease. He would scrub his hands before stopping for lunch while his trainer just grabbed food and ate! Bill was irked by this habit, and his trainer used to tell him, “You are not a door man until you eat a pound of grease!”

Our two branches service all of Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, and parts of West Virginia. Want to be sure you are in our service area? Check out our handy little zip code search tool!

Excellent question! Unless you want to change aesthetics or traffic patterns, your doors can generally be repaired and maintained for many years or even decades! In most cases, newer equipment like up-to-date sensors can be added to older doors too. Whether you want to repair or replace, we are happy to quote both options to customers so they get the best performance for their budget.

We are always adding new technicians to our training program to better serve our customers. This year we have 15 technicians and two dedicated trainers.
